winscp new version

i had recursive error with older version

so I got the latest

it kept on coming up with version mismatch

i spent way too much time on this

until I realized that there was nothing to publish the exe to the release folder

and that the exe was alive and I had to kill the process  ;(

server unexpectedly closed connection - winscp

may be caused by too many users connected to server
